AI Automation Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (on-site)
Salary Range: $80k to $110k + bonus
Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems across the organization.
This role will work closely with leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence and automation can streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
AI Workflow Development
- Build and deploy AI-driven workflows and automation systems
- Develop AI agents that support internal operations, sales, customer support, and administrative functions
- Integrate AI tools with existing business systems and platforms
Process Automation
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation
- Reduce manual tasks through intelligent workflow design
- Support the development of automation strategies across departments
System Integration
- Connect AI tools with internal software platforms, CRMs, and operational systems
- Work with APIs and automation tools to create seamless system integrations
Data & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor the performance of AI systems and automation tools
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reliability
- Support ongoing optimization of automation processes
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with teams across operations, sales, marketing, HR, and customer service
- Help implement AI solutions that support departmental productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Experience with workflow automation tools or scripting languages
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or agent-based workflows
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or automation scripting
- Experience with data analysis or process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to prompt engineering or AI workflow design
